In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn all about horses including their anatomy, how horses connect with humans, and how to properly groom and lead horses. Horses 101 does not include riding lessons but this class is crucial for shaping confident equestrians in and out of the saddle. Each Horses 101 lesson builds on the last as we lead each student through our curriculum while the horses bring their own unique in-the-moment lessons. Everyone; student, horse, and instructor, works as a team to accomplish those sweet ‘ah-ha’ moments that horsemanship never fails to offer. Curriculum can be adjusted based on individuals experience and knowledge. All horse-person levels welcome!
